The console remembers

6d63 keeps a short memory of what you do. Private lines when you pass a mark, and titles it calls you.

6d63 remembers what you do. When you pass a mark, it tells you in a private line. Some deeds earn a title: what the console calls you.

It is cosmetic only. Nothing in it gives items or power, and nothing in it is for sale.

Private lines

Only you see these. The console speaks when:

  • you make your first player kill,
  • you reach 10, 100 and 1,000 deaths,
  • you die a new way for the first time: drowning, a fall, lava, the void and others,
  • you find your first zone of each tier,
  • you come back after 7 or more days away,
  • you reach 100, 500 and 1,000 hours played,
  • the same player kills you 5 times. It never names the killer.
  • you earn a title.

It sends at most one line every 10 minutes. A line that can't go yet waits a while. Old ones are dropped, so you never get a burst.

Your history from before the console started remembering counts in silence. Old deeds are not announced as new, and titles they earn are given without a line.

Titles

Title Deed
the drowned 10 deaths by drowning
ash 10 deaths in lava or fire
the lost 5 deaths in the void
corner-walker You found a Far Corner, in any dimension. Only you hear this one.
spawn rat 600 minutes or more within 1,000 blocks of the Overworld spawn, and at least half of your time online. Only you hear this one.
the patient One life of 24 hours played
ghost You came back after 30 or more days away
prey Killed 5 times by the same player
furniture 1,000 hours played

Each title is earned once. The newest one is what the console calls you. Titles show with /console, never in chat or the tab list.

/console

Command What it does
/console 6d63's status, then what it calls you.
/console <player> What the console calls an online player.
/console hide Hide your title from others.
/console show Show it again.

Other players see your title only 24 hours after you earned it, so it never tells anyone what you just did. They never see corner-walker or spawn rat. To them, a hidden title and no title look the same: "no name yet."

Lines to everyone

A few lines go to the whole server, never with a name:

  • shortly after the server's first find of a rare, legendary or mythic zone,
  • when someone reaches 1,000 deaths or 1,000 hours.

At most 2 an hour.

What is kept

One line per player: counts, flags and when titles were earned. No names, positions, chat or addresses. The 6d63 account is never remembered.
