Discord

The 6d63.org Discord. The invite, the channels, the game chat bridge, the slash commands, and how /link gives you the linked and founder roles.

The 6d63.org Discord is at discord.gg/Xe3PqFK233. The same invite is on the join page. The rules are the same as in game, and Discord's own terms apply there too.

Channels

  • #rules and #server-info: the rules, the address and how to join.
  • #announcements: releases and news from the server.
  • #ingame-chat: chat with the game, both ways. Game chat, joins, deaths, a live status message and a daily recap at 00:00 UTC are posted here. What you type here shows in game as [D] name: text.
  • #bot-commands: the slash commands below.
  • #help: questions. Try /wiki and /ask in #bot-commands first. Staff never message you first.
  • #suggestions and #bug-reports: forums. One idea or one bug per post.
  • #general, #media, #bases, #trading, #advertise and #international for the rest. Coordinates you post in #bases are at your own risk, and nobody settles trades.

Game chat in Discord

  • Names from Discord show in game with a grey [D]. A Discord name that matches a player online or a staff name gets -discord added, so nobody can pass as someone else.
  • Discord messages show in game as plain text only.
  • IP addresses and coordinates in game chat are masked before they reach Discord.
  • /stats private does not hide your chat, joins or deaths. They are public in game too.

Slash commands

Use them in #bot-commands.

Command What it does
/status Online or offline, players, TPS, uptime today, today's peak and the record.
/online How many players are online.
/stats <player> A player's public stats.
/top <board> The top 10 of one leaderboard.
/map Links to the spawn map, the Nether map and the spawn archive.
/wiki <topic> The wiki page for a topic.
/ask <question> An answer from this wiki. Only you see it.
/link <code> Links your Minecraft account. See below.
/unlink Removes the linked and founder roles.

Players who set /stats private are never named by these commands. /ask in Discord has its own daily share, so it can't use up the one in game.

Linking your account

  1. In game, type /link. The server gives you a code like ABCD-2345. It works for 10 minutes.
  2. In the Discord, type /link ABCD-2345.
  3. You get the linked role. Founders also get the founder role. See Player numbers and eras.
  • Never give the code to anyone. Whoever types it first gets the roles.
  • You can ask for a new code once a minute, and 3 times a day.
  • /unlink in Discord removes both roles.
  • 6d63 never stores your Discord account. The roles are the only record of a link. See Privacy.
